What You Will Do

As a Farmers agency owner, you will:

• Build relationships with individuals, families, and local businesses.
• Help clients identify appropriate insurance and financial solutions.
• Develop referral, networking, and community-marketing strategies.
• Manage sales activity, customer experience, and agency operations.
• Recruit and develop agency team members as the business grows.
• Establish a visible and trusted presence in the local community.
• Maintain required licenses and operate in accordance with company and state guidelines.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Sales, customer service, business development, or leadership experience preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A self-motivated and goal-oriented approach
• Confidence initiating conversations and following up with prospective clients
• Good organization, time management, and personal accountability
• Interest in becoming involved in the Albany community
• Active Georgia Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses or willingness to obtain them with our support
