Fashion Ecommerce Internship - Business Analysis & Process Operations

Mob Society is the parent company to a portfolio of lifestyle businesses that inspire and unite, particularly women ages 18-45. They are seeking a Business Analysis & Process Operations intern focused on profitability and efficiency of current operations, providing hands-on training and real-world impact.

What you'll do:

• Develop excel dashboards to track sales and retail key performance indicators
• Analyze past sales and external data and build annual inventory plan
• Build financial plans in accordance with merchandise strategies to maximize profitability
• Assess the current state of operations and establish performance metrics for various workflows
• Develop workflow diagrams and draft playbooks to document business processes
• Drive decision making to achieve financial and strategic targets

What they're looking for:

• Proven analytical acumen in data modeling, analysis, forecasting
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills – very adept as vlookup, pivot tables, conditional formatting
• Some formal education in a field relevant to the role required
• MBA and graduate students with prior work experience preferred
• Some experience with macros, VBA preferred
• Familiarity with Airtable and Quickbooks online a plus
