Field Recruiter

SafeStreets hires qualified candidates to meet its staffing needs. The Field Recruiter manages the full recruiting process, including sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, supporting offers, and partnering with hiring managers to build candidate pipelines and provide a positive candidate experience.

What you'll do:

• Candidate sourcing
• Candidate screening and Evaluation
• Interview coordination
• Candidate offer and hiring support
• Recruiting administration and reporting

What they're looking for:

• Education required - GED/HS
• Experience required - none
• At least one year in recruiting role
