Location: Charlotte, NC (Roaming Position)
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour, depending on experience

We are seeking a dependable, motivated Field Supervisor to support our security operations throughout Charlotte, Wilmington, and Raleigh, North Carolina.
This is a roaming supervisory position that requires regular travel between assigned locations. If you enjoy leading teams, solving problems, supporting employees, and building strong client relationships, we'd love to hear from you.

Position Summary
The Field Supervisor assists with the daily oversight of security operations within the assigned region. This position supports hiring, training, scheduling, employee development, client relations, and operational compliance while helping ensure all posts are staffed and operating efficiently.
This is a working supervisor position. In addition to leadership responsibilities, you will respond to staffing needs, conduct site visits, complete administrative duties, and fill open shifts when operationally necessary.
This is a Safety-Sensitive Position.
Essential Responsibilities
- Supervise and support Security Officers throughout the assigned territory
- Assist with recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training new employees
- Ensure Officers complete required licensing and company training
- Coordinate schedules and respond to call-offs and staffing emergencies
- Conduct employee evaluations and post inspections
- Complete incident reports and required documentation using company systems
- Assist with employee coaching and disciplinary documentation
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular site visits
- Assist with fleet responsibilities, including vehicle inspections, preventive maintenance, driver qualifications, and fuel card compliance
- Complete administrative duties including schedules, reports, Lighthouse documentation, and operational communications
- Work closely with Branch leadership to ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- North Carolina Unarmed Security Guard Registration required
- Valid driver's license
- Must successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
- Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening
- Previous security or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to travel regularly throughout Charlotte, Wilmington, and Raleigh
- Basic computer and mobile device proficiency
Physical Requirements
- Walk, stand, sit, climb, and occasionally run
- Lift up to 50 pounds when necessary
- Drive during the course of assigned duties
- Read, write, and communicate effectively
- Make sound decisions during routine operations and emergency situations
