Radiation Oncology Opportunity – Mercy Hospital Joplin, MO

Mercy Hospital Joplin is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Radiation Oncologist to join our well-established, Commission on Cancer-accredited Cancer Center in Joplin, Missouri. This is an outstanding opportunity to practice in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment within a strong, physician-led organization known for quality care and patient satisfaction.

• Mature practice treating approximately 25 patients per day
• Dedicated team: 1 RN, prior authorization specialist, 3 RTTs (including supervisor), 1 PhD physicist, 1 CMD, and Director
• Advanced technology:
  • Elekta Versa HD with 120-leaf MLC and Hexapod robotic couch
  • Mosaiq OIS, RayStation treatment planning system
  • C-RAD optical surface guidance
  • GE 580RT large bore CT simulator

• Cancer Center features:
  • 4 Oncology providers
  • CoC-accredited comprehensive community cancer program
  • Nurse Navigators and Oncology Social Worker
  • Weekly multidisciplinary tumor board
  • Radiation Oncology adjacent to Oncology and Infusion Center with onsite pharmacy
  • Dedicated parking for Cancer Center patients

Compensation & Benefits

• Guarantee of $600,000 plus $50,000 recruitment incentives
