Finance / Accounting Internship Program (Summer 2027)

CNA Insurance is offering a 10-week Accounting Internship Program designed to prepare talented Accounting and Finance students for careers in corporate accounting and finance. Interns will receive hands-on training across financial disciplines, classroom instruction in insurance accounting and reporting, and opportunities to collaborate with Finance staff and senior leaders.

What you'll do:

• Financial Reporting
• Insurance Accounting
• Financial Planning & Analysis
• Financial Systems Governance
• Accounting Controls

What they're looking for:

• Major in Accounting, Finance, Risk Management or any other related degree with a minimum of 12 hours of Accounting credits preferred
• A minimum 3.2 GPA is required (overall and major)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated leadership ability
• Strong problem-solving and project management skills
• The ability to influence and develop collaborative relationships
• Role will be hybrid work environment
• Interest in CNA as a long-term career opportunity
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
