Finance Analyst - Entry Level

Coulter Services is hiring a Finance Analyst to support its Accounting department. The role assists with forecasting, budgeting, labor and inventory controls, analysis, and auditing, while managing credit control activities and customer accounts to reduce overdue and bad debts.

What you'll do:

• Carry out daily credit control activities, ensuring adherence to policies
• Supervise customer accounts and process account queries efficiently
• Post and allocate receipts accurately and promptly
• Balance accounts monthly and maintain documentation to high standards
• Prepare analytical reports on outstanding debts and escalate issues as needed
• Evaluate and enforce credit control policies and procedures
• Collaborate with relevant departments and handle ad hoc duties

What they're looking for:

• 0-2 years' experience in a service industry with a system-driven approach to credit control
• Bachelor's degree required
• Proficient in Excel
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated with excellent phone manner
• Relevant financial qualifications preferred
• Experience with Oracle system advantageous
