Responsibilities
Position Overview
Join our 10-week Finance Department program, where you'll gain hands-on experience across multiple finance and accounting areas such as financial reporting and budgeting & forecasting. You'll work with finance team members and business partners to support reporting used in decision-making and assist with the annual business plan process. This internship will allow you to make a positive impact by completing meaningful projects within Finance and participating in a broader intern project. Accountabilities
- Assist with financial data entry, transaction support, and financial record updates.
- Support variance and trend analysis to help the team understand business performance.
- Gain exposure to reconciliation activities and supporting accuracy checks.
- Conduct research on business trends and market conditions for assigned finance projects.
- Support ad-hoc projects, special assignments, and process improvement learning opportunities.

- Hands-on experience with ERP systems, including Oracle and SAP
- Develop analytical skills by interpreting data and drawing conclusions

Qualifications
Education
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Must have completed at least sophomore year coursework
- Strong academic performance (GPA of 3.0 or above preferred)
Experience
- Prior internship, part-time, or project experience in finance/accounting preferred but not required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; familiarity with financial or ERP systems preferred
- Developing analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills
- Ability to work collaboratively, take ownership of assigned tasks, and partner effectively with peers and cross-functional teams
- Strong interpersonal skills, including active listening, clear communication, and professionalism
- Self-motivated, able to follow through on assigned work, ask thoughtful questions, and seek guidance when needed
- Ability to handle sensitive information professionally and confidentially
