Finance Rotation Program - Financial Analyst

Atmus Filtration Technologies is hiring a Financial Analyst for its two-year Finance Rotation Program. The role develops early-career finance talent through four six-month rotations across plant and corporate finance, contributing to budgeting, reporting, accounting, and other finance activities.

What you'll do:

• Works with assigned organizational unit(s) to develop annual budgets, forecasts, and statistical reporting
• Prepares financial reporting, including financial performance, variance explanations, and cost analysis
• Executes special projects as assigned
• Makes accounting adjustments through appropriate journal entries
• Assists with monthly and annual account reconciliations and close activities
• Examines a variety of financial statements and transactions for completeness, internal accuracy, and conformance with accounting standards
• Learns the Atmus finance approach through contributions to a variety of projects and activities
• Participates in team meetings and continuous improvement activities
• Presents key learnings and rotation experiences to Finance Development Program panel of finance leadership

What they're looking for:

• Ability to work well independently and as a part of a high-performing team
• Proficiency with MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint
• Effective communication, analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Results oriented with the ability to lead several priorities
• Graduate from a Bachelor's Degree program between December 2026 and June 2027
• Cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher
• 0-2 Years in a position or internship relating to your field of study
• Majors in finance, accounting, business, supply chain, economics, mathematics, data analytics, or statistics
• Preferred proficiency with BI tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, Power Query, SQL, and/or other relational databases
