Financial Analyst and Program Management Support, NSWC

StraCon Services Group, LLC is seeking qualified candidates to support The Financial and Program Management Support Services (FPMSS) Program at The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division (NSWC PHD). The role involves providing critical support to ensure efficient financial and program management across various departments and programs.

What you'll do:

• Providing critical support to the Navy, other military services, and government agencies by ensuring efficient financial and program management across various departments, programs, and platforms
• Budgeting, financial analysis, risk management, reporting, N-ERP utilization, funds reconciliation, travel authorization review, purchase card management, and audit support
• Project planning, resource management, risk mitigation, schedule management, performance monitoring, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and digital terrain modeling support
• Financial planning, budget development, reporting, internal controls, and policy development
• Strategic planning, risk identification, progress monitoring, stakeholder communication, training management, procurement support, records management, and conference facility management
• Support for various combat and weapons systems, platforms, and locations

What they're looking for:

• Experience with MS Office, Excel
• Experience with Navy Financial Management Systems, i.e. Navy-ERP, and other Management and Acquisitions Systems
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related business discipline
• U.S. Citizenship required
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance
