Financial Analyst

Aru Labs is seeking a Financial Analyst to support financial planning, analysis, reporting, and decision-making across the business. The role involves building financial models, analyzing business performance, supporting budgeting and forecasting, preparing reports, and improving financial processes.

What you'll do:

• Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and management dashboards
• Build and maintain financial models
• Analyze revenue, expenses, cash flow, and business performance
• Support budgeting and financial planning
• Track actual performance against budgets and forecasts
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities in financial data
• Prepare financial analysis for business decisions
• Support monthly and quarterly reporting
• Maintain accurate financial data and documentation
• Work with leadership and other teams on financial planning and analysis
• Improve financial reporting and analysis processes

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong understanding of financial statements and financial concepts
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills
• Ability to build and understand financial models
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Ability to explain financial information clearly
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Experience: 1–5 years
