Financial Analyst

Golden Valley Memorial Healthcare is seeking a Financial Analyst to join their team. The role involves converting various types of data into actionable insights, preparing analyses, and supporting budgeting and forecasting efforts.

What you'll do:

• Convert financial, operational, labor, reimbursement, and service-line data into clear and actionable information
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc analysis
• Support budgeting and forecasting
• Develop dashboards and automated reports
• Assist with auxiliary financial statements
• Partner with leaders to improve financial performance, reporting quality, and decision support

What they're looking for:

• Associate's Degree in Business or Finance - required
• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Finance - preferred
• 1-3 years of relative experience - preferred
