Financial Analyst

Kem Krest is a supply chain solutions provider serving automotive, heavy-duty, and powersports OEMs through packaging, logistics, and compliance services. The Financial Planning Analyst supports budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, profitability analysis, reporting, and business analysis to inform organizational decision-making and strategic planning.

What you'll do:

• Support the preparation of annual budgets and periodic financial forecasts to support business planning and decision-making
• Build and maintain financial models that project future performance and evaluate various business scenarios
• Create and update profitability analyses by program, customer, and site
• Analyze variances between actual and budgeted results to identify trends, risks, and business drivers
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and visualizations that communicate key financial metrics and performance indicators
• Conduct ad hoc financial analyses to support operational and strategic business decisions
• Perform return on investment (ROI) analyses for business initiatives and capital investments
• Partner with Site Controllers to support forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis activities
• Assist with problem-solving and root-cause analysis to identify business improvement opportunities
• Support the development of management reporting tools and continuous improvement initiatives

What they're looking for:

• * 0–4 years of relevant finance, accounting, financial planning, or analytical experience
• * Equivalent relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
• * Working knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting concepts
• * Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and communicate findings
• * Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field preferred
