About this role
PCH Prestige Cruise Services LLC is hiring a Financial Analyst to support revenue management for Oceania Cruises. The role analyzes pricing, bookings, promotions, and financial performance, maintains reporting and models, and provides actionable insights to leadership and cross-functional teams.
What you'll do:
- Yield & Revenue Optimization: Analyze booking curves, pacing, demand patterns, ticket revenue, yield, load factors, capacity, and distribution-channel performance to identify risks, opportunities, and pricing actions that support annual revenue goals
- Commercial & Scenario Modeling: Conduct scenario, sensitivity, competitive and impact analyses to evaluate proposed pricing adjustments, itinerary changes, and capacity allocation shifts prior to launch - translating findings into strategic recommendations
- Promotion & Tactical Evaluation: Evaluate promotional feasibility and measure campaign performance against defined objectives—analyzing incremental lift, booking production, and yield contribution—to recommend continuation, adjustment, expansion, or closure
- Management Reporting: Own daily, weekly, and monthly management reporting, variance tracking, and analytical summaries. Ensure timely refreshes, accurate commentary on booking trends, and resolution of data or methodology questions
- Model Maintenance & Data Integrity: Build, maintain, validate, and enhance Excel-based pricing models, inventory trackers, and reporting files. Apply strict quality controls to assumptions, formulas, source data, and business rules
- Data Reconciliation & Systems Oversight: Reconcile data across source booking and reservation systems, investigate exceptions, identify root causes, and communicate the operational impacts of reporting timing or methodology differences
- Executive Communication & Cross-Functional Alignment: Create concise, presentation-ready summaries for leadership. Partner cross-functionally across Revenue Management, Finance, Sales, Commercial Planning, and Operations to align forecasting assumptions and support new-season launches and financial planning cycles
What they're looking for:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Finance, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related quantitative field
- 1-2 years of professional experience in revenue management, pricing strategy, commercial planning, or financial/data analysis—
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (complex modeling, large-scale data manipulation) and data visualization/business intelligence tools (such as Power BI or Tableau)
- Familiarity with SQL and complex reservation/inventory management systems
- Proven ability to synthesize large volumes of operational and financial data into clear, concise executive presentations and actionable recommendations
- Exceptional cross-functional collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to build strong partnerships across commercial, sales, and operational teams in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related quantitative discipline
- Preferably within the cruise line, airline, or broader travel/hospitality sector
