Financial Analyst

RG&T Solutions is seeking an entry-level Financial Analyst to support financial reporting and budgeting processes. The role prepares month-end close activities, analyzes financial data, develops budget-versus-actual comparisons, collaborates on budget events, and presents financial performance recommendations to management.

What you'll do:

• Preparing month-end close activities
• Analyzing financial data
• Creating journal entries
• Developing budget vs. actual comparisons to inform management decisions
• Collaboration with department managers and investment project leaders to develop six budget events annually
• Creating presentations on financial performance and recommending improvements

What they're looking for:

• A bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, or an associate's degree with at least two years of relevant experience
• Understanding of GAAP/IFRS, cost accounting, strong analytical and organizational abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and SAP knowledge
