Financial Analyst

STACK Infrastructure is an award-winning industry leader in building and operating digital infrastructure. They are seeking a Financial Analyst to support their construction finance function, focusing on budget analyses, cash flow forecasts, and performance metrics across departments.

What you'll do:

• Prepare and consolidate monthly capital calls to investors to ensure funding is received in a timely manner
• Assist teams with tracking costs and forecasting cashflows for projects that are in diligence phases
• Track and monitor recurring variances, identifying trends and risk areas impacting forecast accuracy
• Improve financial workflows, modeling standards, and reporting processes to increase rigor, efficiency, and scalability
• Prepare monthly financial reports, dashboards, and presentations to support efficient data management
• Conduct ad hoc analyses related to strategic initiatives and capital investment decisions translating assumptions into clear financial impact and decision-ready insights
• Track capital commitments and approvals

What they're looking for:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent work experience
• Advanced Excel skills
• Works well with others from all levels of the org chart
• Effective communication with complicated topics
• Experience in cost accounting, auditing, or financial reporting
