Financial Analyst

TD SYNNEX is a global technology solutions provider seeking a Financial Analyst to join its Finance team. The role supports business decision-making through financial reporting, financial and operational analysis, FP&A activities, cross-functional collaboration, and process improvement initiatives.

What you'll do:

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Support month-end close activities and partner with Accounting to ensure financial accuracy
• Evaluate financial and operational performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights
• Process and support SPIFF and incentive compensation reporting
• Develop and maintain reporting tools, dashboards, and analysis packages
• Respond to ad hoc reporting requests and business inquiries
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support operational and financial initiatives
• Communicate financial results and recommendations to both financial and non-financial stakeholders
• Assist with internal and external audit requirements
• Support process improvement initiatives and special projects

What they're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in finance, accounting, financial analysis, or a related field
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present financial information clearly
• Ability to build collaborative relationships across teams
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Eagerness to learn new systems, technologies, and AI-powered tools
• Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, or FP&A
• Knowledge of SAP Cloud or other ERP systems
• Experience working with large datasets and business reporting tools
