Financial Analyst (Class of 2027) – Capital Solutions, New York Primary Capital Advisory

Houlihan Lokey is a global investment bank providing strategic and financial advice across mergers and acquisitions, capital solutions, financial restructuring, and financial and valuation advisory. The Financial Analyst will support private market fundraising and capital advisory engagements through analytical research, data interpretation, project coordination, and preparation of accurate client-facing materials.

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's and/or master's degree with a graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027
• Demonstrated interest in investment banking, private equity, or financial advisory through internships or coursework
