Financial Analyst, Corporate Development

Radiology Partners is a physician-led radiology practice serving hospitals and other healthcare facilities. The Financial Analyst, Corporate Development supports client optimization, negotiations, and business decisions through financial analysis, reporting, strategic planning, and recommendations to leadership and internal stakeholders.

What you'll do:

• Review and refine financial analyses to support client optimization, negotiations, and business decisions
• Partner with leadership, business development, and operations teams to support client needs and strategic initiatives
• Communicate financial insights, business impact, and recommendations to executives and internal stakeholders
• Support strategic planning, monthly reporting, client performance monitoring, and ad hoc financial analysis
• Develop leadership presentations and detailed financial reports while leveraging advanced Excel skills to analyze complex data

What they're looking for:

• Strong financial reporting, quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, including data mining, financial modeling, and working with complex raw data sets
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations to leadership and key stakeholders
• Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and organized self-starter with strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, adaptability, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
• 0–2 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, corporate finance, strategy, or a related field preferred
• Healthcare experience is a plus
