Financial Analyst (Entry-Level)

Commonwealth Rolled Products is hiring a Financial Analyst to support its finance and operations departments through financial data analysis, planning, forecasting, and business performance insights. The role also supports accounting tasks, reporting, and process improvement.

What you'll do:

• Actively participate in maintaining a zero-incident safety culture
• Live and champion the Commonwealth Rolled Products core values: Safety Matters, Customer Focus, One Team, and Own Excellence
• Perform month-end analysis of actual expense versus budget and prepare report out as requested to other finance personnel or department managers
• Create and post assigned Journal Entries to Oracle
• Reconcile assigned general ledger accounts. Complete Balance Sheet reconciliation requirements as needed
• Support Finance leadership in financial analysis as requested or in other special project work as requested
• Continuously drive improved reporting processes
• Assist in monthly and quarterly reporting including but not limited to working capital, cash conversion costs, SG&A costs, cash flow, liquidity, etc
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement
• Assist in offsite physical inventory cycle counts as needed

• Strong problem solving skills
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office products
• Work experience in the accounting or finance field
• Work experience in a manufacturing environment
