Financial Analyst I (5634)

Three Saints Bay, LLC, a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Financial Analyst I in Austin, Texas. The role involves processing financial documents, ensuring compliance with accounting practices, and analyzing financial statements.

What you'll do:

• Processes financial documents and transactions from designated Districts using the Unified Financial Management System (UFMS)
• Reviews accounting practices to ensure compliance with other Federal laws and regulations (e.g., Single Audit Act), generally accepted Government accounting practices, and relevant Office Management and Budget circulars
• Identifies corrective actions for improper or illegal expenditures and accounting funds
• Reviews and analyzes annual financial statements to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, program policies, and procedures
• Demonstrates proficiency in spreadsheet and word processing software and general knowledge of financial statements

• Four-year undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting
• Superior attention to detail
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite with superior Excel skills (V-lookup, Pivot Tables, etc.)
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Clearance Level Required: Public Trust to Top Secret
• Applicants selected will be subject to a Government background investigation and must meet eligibility and suitability requirements
• Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain a US Government security clearance
• Successful Pass of Bennett Aerospace Background Investigation, Drug Screening and Credit Check
• Minimum of two years of professional experience in Business Administration, Banking, Finance, or Accounting, hands-on experience in processing and managing invoices, and a solid understanding of accounting practices
