Financial Analyst I - Finance

Kettering Health is a healthcare organization seeking a Financial Analyst I to support financial decision-making in a hospital and clinical environment. The role prepares, analyzes, and reports financial data, assists with budgeting and forecasting, and helps ensure financial information accuracy, integrity, and regulatory compliance.

What you'll do:

• The Financial Analyst I supports financial decision-making by preparing, analyzing, and reporting financial data to enhance patient care access, operational reliability, and regulatory compliance
• This role assists in budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial information in a healthcare environment
• Performs other duties as assigned
• All job responsibilities are to be carried out in alignment with Kettering Health's mission, vision, values, and B Safe program

What they're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
• Experience or internship in financial analysis, cost accounting, data analytics, or a related field, preferably in a healthcare or large organizational setting
