Financial Analyst I (Hybrid)

RTX is hiring a Financial Analyst I to support its Finance organization and program execution. The role prepares standard financial reports, extracts and validates financial data, supports reconciliations and variance explanations, and assists with spreadsheets, charts, and presentations.

What you'll do:

• Prepare standard financial reports and metrics using provided tools and guidance
• Extract data from SAP, Analysis for Office, and related systems
• Support reconciliations, variance explanations, and routine finance task
• Perform data validation in support of month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end cycles
• Assist with creation and maintenance of spreadsheets, charts, and presentations

What they're looking for:

• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Math, Business, Data Analytics or relevant field and obtained by start date
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Project exposure to finance or analytics
• Experience creating basic presentations or financial visuals
• Strong math and spreadsheet skills with close attention to detail
• Ability to communicate clearly and work collaboratively
