Financial Analyst-Mobility

Hertz is seeking a Financial Analyst to partner with the Mobility and Oro teams to enhance financial visibility and support strategic decision-making. The role involves financial planning, reporting, budgeting, and providing insights to drive operational performance.

What you'll do:

• Provide financial business analysis, decision support, and thought leadership
• Develop financial forecasts, analyze business trends, generate internal management reports, and monitor key performance indicators
• Support monthly reporting, forecasting, and budgeting processes for short-term and long-term business planning
• Advance data mining, modeling and in support of identifying key business drivers and providing actionable insights
• Deliver timely and accurate analysis of business performance, including revenue, operating expense, EBITDA impact, and variances to forecast, annual operating plan, and prior year results

What they're looking for:

• A bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related Quantitative field
• Moderate to advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders across Finance, Operations, and other cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to connect financial results to operational drivers and business performance
• Flexible and adaptable; ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations and manage multiple priorities with a high “say/do” bias
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present financial insights clearly
• Results driven, with the ability to help overcome business challenges and support data-informed decisions
• 0 - 2 years of FP&A, Finance, Accounting, or Data Analytics experience in an analytical or reporting role preferred
• Experience with Power BI, Databricks, Tableau, or other reporting tools preferred
