Financial Analyst Rotational Program

RELX is hiring for its Financial Analyst Rotational Program, a three-year program with three 12-month rotations across finance functions. Participants support financial analysis, reporting, planning, and business decision-making while developing a broad foundation in finance.

What you'll do:

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting
• Assist with accounting and financial reporting activities
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends and provide insights that support business decisions
• Prepare financial analyses, reports, and presentations for finance and business leaders
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and finance transformation projects
• Learn and apply financial systems, reporting tools, and data visualization platforms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on special projects
• Participate in mentorship, networking, and professional development opportunities

What they're looking for:

• U.S. citizenship is required for this role
• Candidates must have completed their degree in 2026 or expect to complete it by May 2027
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field, completed or expected to be completed before the program start date
• Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
• Willingness to learn new systems, technologies, and business processes
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing business needs
• Demonstrated initiative and interest in professional growth
