Financial Analyst - Treasury

SSM Health is a healthcare organization seeking a Financial Analyst - Treasury to support its Treasury team. The role performs entry-level financial analysis and reporting, supports budgeting and financial planning, and provides data-driven decision support to management under the oversight of a senior analyst.

What you'll do:

• Performs entry-level financial analysis using existing procedures
• Performs statistical, cost, and financial analysis of data extracted from various internal sources and supplies to senior analyst for review
• Supports budget preparation and financial planning processes as requested
• Supports treasury team in providing consultative service to management with decision support for initiatives, policies, and procedures
• Performs other duties as assigned

What they're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Analytics or a related field
• No prior professional experience required
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify trends, solve problems, and communicate findings effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, lookups, and data analysis
• Exposure to investments, asset management, banking, treasury operations, endowments, pensions, healthcare finance, or corporate finance through coursework, internships, or work experience
• Interest in building a career in Treasury Operations, Investments, or Corporate Finance
• Desire to pursue ongoing professional development, including certifications such as CFA, CAIA, or CTP
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply
• Internship, project, leadership, or work experience in Finance, Accounting, Banking, Investments, FP&A, Treasury, or Business Analytics preferred
• Exposure to financial modeling preferred
