About this role
Ralliant's operating company Tektronix develops precision-engineered measurement solutions that support technological innovation worldwide. The Financial Planning & Analysis Intern will work with the Finance team on financial analysis, strategic decision-making, and cross-functional business projects, presenting recommendations and outcomes to Finance leadership and the CFO.
What you'll do:
- Built an optimization model weighing the tradeoffs between overtime and additional headcount to enable sites to improve productivity and on-time delivery
- Recommended inventory management strategies based on historical reserve analysis to reduce excess inventory and improve working capital
- Analyzed external market and competitor data to identify trends and communicate target market share opportunities

- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Expected graduation date of December 2027 through Spring 2028
- Motivated, driven, and professional with a strong desire to learn, grow, and make an impact
- Comfortable seeking clarification, asking thoughtful questions, and engaging with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Team-oriented with a collaborative approach to problem-solving
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to structure ambiguous business questions and develop data-driven recommendations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, XLOOKUP, Index/Match, and data cleansing techniques
- Experience analyzing data and clearly communicating insights and business recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Intellectually curious and energized by solving complex business challenges
- Comfortable challenging assumptions and bringing fresh perspectives that drive better outcomes
- Demonstrated leadership through internships, work experience, student organizations, athletics, research, or other extracurricular activities
- Interest in financial analysis, business strategy, reporting, and forecasting
