Financial Planning & Analysis Intern

Metallus Inc. is an industry leader in manufacturing clean steel for various markets. They are seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Intern to support the finance team in budgeting, forecasting, and business analysis activities, providing exposure to core financial processes.

What you'll do:

• Assisting in monthly close, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Supporting financial modeling, reporting, and data analysis
• Partnering with operational teams to understand cost drivers and performance trends
• Contributing to ad hoc analyses and small project Work across FP&A and related functions

What they're looking for:

• Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5
• Must have completed 30 or more credit hours by the end of the spring 2027 semester
• Must be a full-time student attending an accredited two-year or four-year college/university
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills
• Familiarity with financial modeling and reporting
• Experience with PowerPoint
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Preferred majors: Finance, Accounting, or related
