Financial Planning & Analysis Intern - U.S. AutoForce

U.S. AutoForce is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Intern to join their FP&A Team. The intern will support financial planning, analysis, and forecasting while gaining exposure to the U.S. Venture business model.

What you'll do:

• Participate in monthly forecasting process for income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow
• Perform variance analysis to identify trends and provide recommendations for improvement
• Participate in cross-functional meetings to gain exposure to business processes
• Work with management to develop metrics to measure business operations, identify areas for improvement, and track performance toward financial goals
• Assist in ad hoc projects as directed by the FP&A team

What they're looking for:

• Currently enrolled as a Junior or Senior in a 4-year bachelor's degree program, allowable disciplines: finance, accounting, economics, or related field
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze information
• Attention to detail and precision are required to draw meaningful insights
• Strong communication and facilitation skills
• Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude towards tackling new challenges
• Curious mindset. Ambition to understand the 'why'
