Financial Planning and Analysis Intern- Decatur, IL

ADM is a global agricultural, nutrition, and food system company. The Financial Planning and Analysis Intern will support business and finance teams by analyzing monthly results, explaining performance variances, supporting forecasting, and completing special projects for business leadership.

What you'll do:

• Work collaboratively with the Business and Finance teams to analyze and report monthly results
• Provide variance analysis compared to the most recent forecast/Annual Plan
• Provide analytical support to the global business unit teams to understand business unit drivers of performance
• Undertake special projects for business leadership, and FPA leads as needed

What they're looking for:

• **Education:**Currently pursuing a four-year degree with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and summer 2029
• **Academic performance:**Minimum overall GPA of 2.8
• **Transportation:**Must have reliable transportation to and from the assigned work location
• **Geographic flexibility:**Willingness to relocate to an ADM location in North America
• **Availability:**Must be available for a 12-week internship from mid-May through early August 2027
• **Work authorization:**ADM is unable to provide work visa sponsorship for this position
• Strong analytical abilities, problem-solving skills, and a solutions-focused mindset are necessary to adapt to a rapidly changing environment
• Possess initiative and strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Dedication to utilizing technology applications that are critical to performing accounting functions
