Financial Planning Intern - Future Opportunities

Milestone Financial Planning, LLC is a Certified B-Corp fee only financial planning firm in New England. They are seeking a Financial Planning Intern to support their team of financial advisors with tasks related to investment management and financial planning.

What you'll do:

• Conduct research on financial planning topics and present findings to planning staff
• Assist with client service activities, such as onboarding new clients, resolving service requests, gathering and compiling data for client meetings, maintaining client files and handling day-to-day client requests
• Research mutual funds and other investment vehicles
• Assist with preparing client periodic investment performance reports
• Participate in client meetings with the firm’s financial advisors to take notes, record and assign action items, and to assist advisors with presenting retirement analysis using financial planning software

What they're looking for:

• Be able to work on location in Bedford, Stratham or Nashua, NH
• Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Capable and comfortable learning new technologies
• Must always demonstrate a positive and professional image
• A team player with good interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively
• Interested students may be given the opportunity to take Series 65 exam preparation course and sit for the exam during the internship period
