About this role
The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) is a financial market infrastructure organization that supports clearing and settlement processes. The Financial Risk & Governance Intern will support financial risk monitoring, analysis, reporting, documentation, and governance activities related to market, liquidity, and stress testing risks.
What you'll do:
- Support day-to-day risk monitoring activities, including reviewing changes in margin requirements, collateral needs, liquidity usage, and trading activity across member firms
- Assist with analysis of member activity and trading patterns to help identify trends, emerging risks, or items that may require additional review
- Develop an understanding of clients’ business and risk profiles to help support risk-related inquiries, internal reporting, and clear communication with stakeholders
- Help prepare, review, or enhance documentation, reporting, and process materials that support strong governance, controls, and effective risk management
- Collaborate with team members and internal partners, including areas such as Quantitative Risk Management, Counterparty Credit Risk, and other risk teams, to learn how financial risk is managed across DTCC

- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or any other related field
- Expected graduation date: Spring2028
- Minimum GPA: 3.2
- Authorization to work permanently in the United States without current or future sponsorship
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or any other related field
