Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in the automotive, OEM, or similar industry
- Cross-functional experience in supply chain management disciplines
- Prior experience interacting with multi-disciplinary and operational teams
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Demonstrated leadership and ability to influence cross-functional teams
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to multitask within tight deadlines
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Data Analytic tools
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management or MBA
- Experience in Finished Vehicle operations or a related discipline
- Prior automotive and/or IT systems experience
- Familiarity with Stellantis ICT systems
- Proven ability to operate effectively in global, cross-cultural environments
- Foreign language proficiency
