Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Fleet Management, Finance or related field; 5+ years progressive leadership in heavy-duty fleet management or warranty recovery; advanced proficiency with fleet maintenance systems, Microsoft Office, OEM portals, telematics; regulatory knowledge of FMCSA, DOT, OSHA.
