Floor Trader - 2027 Graduate Program (August Start)

Old Mission is a global proprietary trading firm that uses technology and research to identify and execute trading strategies across multiple asset classes. The Floor Trader will complete a new-graduate training program before verbally executing trades on the CBOE trading floor, collaborating with traders and building relationships with floor brokers.

What you'll do:

• Responsible for verbally executing trades and building out our floor footprint
• Communicate effectively with our traders upstairs and other floor traders
• Responsible for creating and maintaining relationships with floor brokers

• Bachelor's degree
• Ability to make quick decisions under stressful situations with incomplete information
• Outgoing and easy to get along with
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task
• Good Risk management skills
