Florence - Accounting Clerk/ Deal Poster - Full-time

Long-Lewis Automotive Group is hiring an Accounting Clerk/Deal Poster for its Deal Poster Department. The role handles vehicle contracts and deal postings, including general ledger entries, vehicle payoffs, schedule reconciliation, and receivables payments.

What you'll do:

• Post GL entries for new and used vehicle purchases
• Process and record vehicle payoffs
• Review and reconcile GL schedules
• Download EFT activity and post vehicle receivables payments

What they're looking for:

• This person must enjoy working with numbers, excel with details and know how to prioritize
• He or she must have strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Previous accounting experience or an accounting degree is a plus
• Automotive experience is a plus
