Food Service Attendant (Part-time) 

Join Our Food & Nutrition Services Team at UPMC Williamsport!

UPMC Williamsport is seeking a part-time Food Service Assistant to help provide excellent dining experiences for our patients, visitors, and staff. If you enjoy working with people, preparing food, and delivering outstanding customer service, we'd love to hear from you!

Schedule

• Shifts may be scheduled at any time between 5:30am and 8:30pm
• Works 2 days a week at Williamsport hospital and 2 days at Divine hospital.
• Every other weekend and every other holiday required

What You'll Do

• Prepare and assemble meals according to menus, diet orders, and customer needs.
• Serve patients, guests, and residents in a friendly and professional manner.
• Maintain food quality, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Set up serving areas and ensure supplies and equipment are ready for meal service.
• Stock food and supplies as needed.
• Assist with dining room duties, including bussing and sanitizing tables.
• Deliver meals and provide excellent customer service.
• Follow infection prevention, hand hygiene, and food safety procedures.

• Enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• Provides exceptional customer service.

   

• Previous food preparation experience is preferred.

Note: High school students are not being considered for this position
