Foundry Operator (5th Shift)
Location: Mentor, OH
Pay: Based on Experience

Schedule
6:30 PM - 6:30 AM
Work only 7 days every 2 weeks while maintaining full-time pay and benefits.
- Week 1: Work Mon, Tue, Fri, Sat, Sun
- Week 2: Work Wed, Thu
- Enjoy multiple consecutive days off every pay period
What You'll Do
- Operate vacuum furnaces and casting equipment
- Monitor production processes and record data
- Assist with equipment setup and changeovers
- Follow quality, safety, and production procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Support production goals and continuous improvement efforts
What We're Looking For
- Manufacturing experience preferred but not required
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
