We’re seeking Front Desk Agents who embody warmth, attentiveness, and curiosity—professionals who thrive in creating memorable first impressions and delivering seamless guest experiences.

 

What You’ll Do

As a Front Desk Agent at Hotel Citrine, you’ll:

• Greet guests with energy, enthusiasm, and personalized attention
• Manage check-in and check-out processes with precision and grace
• Serve as an ambassador of both the hotel and local community
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues with creativity and care
• Collaborate with departments across the hotel to exceed guest expectations
• Accurately manage room assignments, billing, and guest profiles
• Reflect the hotel’s commitment to sustainable hospitality in every interaction
