FRONT DESK & MARKETING COORDINATOR

F45 Training Coral Springs West, Hopson Health Wellness Center, and Coach Craig are fitness, wellness, and transformation businesses seeking a creative, organized, and outgoing Front Desk & Marketing Coordinator. The role supports member communications, email campaigns, promotions, social media content, event marketing, and front desk operations while helping keep clients engaged and informed.

What you'll do:

• Create and send weekly email blasts
• Promote upcoming events, specials, challenges, and wellness offers
• Help write member announcements and important updates
• Send promotional texts and follow-up communications
• Keep our community informed about what’s happening each week
• Help maintain our contact lists and marketing database
• Help create and execute monthly promotions
• Promote specials throughout the gym and wellness center
• Create signage, flyers, QR codes, and promotional displays
• Make sure team members understand current promotions
• Help promote challenges, events, anniversaries, open houses, and community events
• Keep TVs, front desk displays, and promotional materials current

What they're looking for:

• Creative and comfortable with social media
• A strong writer and communicator
• Organized and able to manage multiple projects
• Comfortable using Canva or similar design tools
• Comfortable creating email campaigns
• Friendly, outgoing, and professional
• Comfortable taking photos and videos
• Able to work independently and take initiative
• Detail-oriented and dependable
• Interested in fitness, wellness, health, and lifestyle
• Comfortable learning new software and marketing platforms
• Part-time or full-time depending on experience and availability
