Front Desk/Night Audit Full & Part time

Candlewood Suites - Louisville Fair/Expo is seeking dedicated Front Desk/Night Audit associates, available for both full-time and part-time positions. This role is integral to ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for our guests during overnight hours, as well as maintaining accurate financial records.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in/check-out guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Perform night audit procedures, including reconciling accounts and generating reports.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and courteously.
• Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and post charges as needed.
• Ensure the safety and security of guests and the property during overnight hours.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Assist with other front desk duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Previous experience in hotel front desk or night audit preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to perform basic accounting and computer tasks.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work overnight shifts and weekends as needed.
• Reliable and trustworthy with a professional appearance.
