Front End Designer

Road Media Group is a full-service agency offering industry-leading digital advertising, brand strategy, design, email marketing, public relations, and more. They are looking for an entry level front end designer to join their growing agency, where the candidate will collaborate with various teams to create high-quality websites focused on user experience.

What you'll do:

• Design, build and maintain front end of websites
• Meet with clients to determine scope of projects
• Scope, Wire Framing and Full Layout mockups
• Utilize UX principles to ensure ease of use, and effective content delivery
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Work as part of a team with PR/Communications Specialists, Marketing Strategists, Graphic Designers, Back End Developers, Project Managers, and Media Buyers

What they're looking for:

• HTML, HTML5, CSS3, Responsive Design
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Fireworks, Illustrator, InDesign, Dreamweaver)
• Attention to Detail
• Strong Typography knowledge
• Creative and Innovative thinking
• Ability to design cutting edge websites within branding guidelines
• Ability to accurately estimate amount of time required for projects and work with Project Managers to establish achievable deadlines
• Organization skills, ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience in web design and development
• JS, jQuery, and SASS preferred
