Front End Developer

Flare Services, LLC is seeking a Front End Developer to design and implement user-friendly web interfaces that enhance user experience. The role involves building responsive applications and collaborating with designers and back-end developers.

What you'll do:

• Develop and maintain high-quality, responsive web applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate design wireframes into functional user interfaces
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and provide input on design best practices
• Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure a smooth user experience
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve skills and knowledge

What they're looking for:

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Strong understanding of web standards and best practices for responsive design
• Experience with version control systems
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration with back-end services
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Experience with modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js is a plus
• Experience with CSS preprocessors (e.g., SASS or LESS)
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices
• Familiarity with testing frameworks and tools for front-end development
• Previous experience in an Agile development environment is advantageous
