Front-End Software Engineer Intern

Awardco is an employee experience company focused on workplace recognition and incentives. The Front-End Software Engineer Intern will develop scalable user interfaces, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and improve software systems and processes using modern JavaScript technologies.

What you'll do:

• Use Vuejs to create reusable components for easily scalable and modular code
• Hand-code efficient, semantic, and standards-compliant JavaScript
• Work effectively with other Front End Developers, Back End Developers, Product Managers, and Designers, as well as Awardco key stakeholders to build user interfaces
• Contribute to the ongoing improvement of our systems and processes

What they're looking for:

• Currently a Junior or Senior pursuing a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field
• Familiarity working with HTML/CSS/JS
• Individual Contributor having strong knowledge and hands-on Experience using a Javascript framework such as React, Vue, or Angular
• Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality interactive user interfaces
• Ability to understand and implement documentation
