Frontend Engineer Project Intern (TikTok Multimedia Arch) - 2026 (BS/MS)

TikTok is the leading destination for short-form mobile video, and they are seeking a Frontend Engineer Project Intern to engage in impactful short-term projects. The role involves collaborating with various teams to develop new user experiences and conducting research on product and technical solutions.

What you'll do:

• Work closely with frontend, backend and data teams to develop and ship new user experiences and features on TikTok platforms
• Conduct research on product and technical solutions, as well as fullstack development with high quality code for Multimedia Arch

What they're looking for:

• Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Master in Software Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline
• Proficiency in Typescript, ES5/6, CSS, and various layouts
• Understanding of component-based development ideas, familiarity with React, or any other equivalent library/framework
• Proficiency in Go development, database design and development
• Strong sense of responsibility, good team communication and collaboration skills
• Able to commit to working for 12 weeks during Fall 2026
