Full Stack Developer (Enterprise and Federal Clients)

SkillStorm prepares technology talent for Fortune 100 enterprises and U.S. government agencies through paid, hands-on training and client deployment. The Full Stack Developer will build and improve applications, write and troubleshoot code, collaborate with stakeholders, support testing and deployments, and maintain technical documentation.

What you'll do:

• Build and improve applications using the languages, frameworks, and tools your client relies on
• Write clean, efficient, well-structured code that meets professional standards
• Troubleshoot and fix defects, and provide technical support through resolution
• Take part in code reviews, both giving and receiving constructive feedback
• Work with stakeholders to turn business requirements into technical specifications
• Support testing and production deployments, and keep technical documentation up to date
• Stay current on industry tools and techniques through ongoing training

What they're looking for:

• A bachelor's degree in a related technical field (Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or similar)
• At least 1 year of technical work experience
• You'll also need a working grasp of programming fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, databases and SQL, and software development in an object-oriented language like Java or C#
• Strong problem-solving and logical reasoning
• Clear written and verbal communication with teammates and stakeholders
• The ability to obtain a U.S. government security clearance
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. on SkillStorm's W2 (no C2C arrangements)
