Full Stack Developer (Entry Level)

SkillStorm accelerates technology careers by preparing engineers for enterprise and government client placements. The Full Stack Developer will build, improve, troubleshoot, test, and deploy applications while collaborating with stakeholders, participating in code reviews, and maintaining technical documentation.

What you'll do:

• Develop and improve applications using your client's languages, frameworks, and tools
• Produce clean, efficient, well-organized code that meets professional standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve defects, and provide technical support
• Take part in code reviews, offering and accepting constructive feedback
• Partner with stakeholders to turn business requirements into technical specifications
• Assist with testing and production deployments, and keep technical documentation current
• Stay sharp on evolving industry tools and practices through continued training

What they're looking for:

• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related technical field
• At least 1 year of technical work experience
• You should come with a working grasp of programming fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, databases and SQL, and object-oriented development in a language like Java or C#
• Sharp problem-solving and logical reasoning skills
• Clear written and verbal communication with teammates and stakeholders
• Eligibility to obtain a U.S. government security clearance
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. as a SkillStorm W2 employee (C2C arrangements are not available)
