About this role
Lynco Products is seeking a Full Stack Software Development Intern to join its IT Development team in Milan, Illinois. The role supports application development, UI enhancements, ERP integrations, automation solutions, testing, debugging, code modernization, and collaboration with cross-functional teams in an enterprise software environment.
What you'll do:
- Assist with developing and maintaining applications using C#, .NET, and/or JavaScript
- Support UI enhancements and frontend component development
- Participate in building internal tools, services, and automation solutions
- Assist with ERP system integrations using APIs and web services
- Support debugging, testing, and issue resolution across applications
- Participate in code reviews and follow version control best practices
- Assist with modernizing legacy C# and JavaScript codebases
- Support performance optimization efforts related to SQL queries and APIs
- Maintain accurate technical documentation and development notes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, operations, and finance
- Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and development meetings
- Perform additional development-related duties as assigned

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
- Foundational knowledge of C#, .NET, JavaScript, or web development concepts through coursework or projects
- Interest in enterprise software development and automation
- Basic understanding of object-oriented programming principles
- Working knowledge of Git or version control systems
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and readable code
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to manage time, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced technical environment
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a development team
