Full-Stack Software Engineer

Raydar is recruiting for a role on behalf of a fast-growing technology company. The Full-Stack Software Engineer will own core data infrastructure and full-stack applications, designing architecture, establishing engineering standards, and rapidly delivering features across web interfaces and high-volume data pipelines.

What you'll do:

• Build and scale data-capture workflows across web and desktop applications, owning reliability and throughput end to end
• Design and tune data pipelines that hold up under heavy production load
• Establish engineering best practices and lay architectural foundations for a growing team
• Work closely with the founders to shape product direction and deliver features quickly
• Make greenfield infrastructure decisions covering storage, caching, search and messaging

What they're looking for:

• Strong coding fundamentals in TypeScript and Python
• Solid grasp of distributed systems, scalability and system design
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, container orchestration, APIs and NoSQL databases
• Ability to weigh trade-offs and balance delivery speed against reliability
• Clear communicator with a sense of ownership, curiosity and a preference for simple solutions to complex problems
• 0 to 4 years of relevant engineering experience
• Exposure to machine learning tooling or workflows that combine automation with manual review
