Full Stack Software Engineer (Onboarding Systems) Co-op (Spring 2027)

LineVision is a grid-enhancing technology company that provides grid intelligence to electric utilities through optical sensors and advanced environmental modeling. The Full Stack Software Engineer (Onboarding Systems) Co-op will develop frontend and backend features, connect data science models to real-world applications, and contribute to tooling for newly deployed sensors and associated models.

What you'll do:

• Build out features across major software components in our team’s scope, contributing to both frontend and backend improvements
• Design, plan, and execute small-to-medium project initiatives, collaborating with team members to deliver impactful solutions from start to finish
• Provide significant contributions to the development and enhancement of tooling for LineVision’s newly deployed sensors and associated models
• Conduct regular pull request reviews, building proficiency in code review and feedback, with the goal of confidently approving PRs within your first month

What they're looking for:

• The successful Full Stack Software Engineer (Onboarding Systems) Co-op pairs Python, Typescript, and React with cloud-first application design, has experience working on RESTful APIs, building on AWS or other cloud systems, and is excited to modernize the grid
• The ideal candidate would be available from January 19-August 27 2027 , working 40 hours a week. All co-ops will work from LineVision's Charlestown, MA headquarters 2-4 days per week, with specific schedules determined in collaboration with your direct manager
